On Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 10:05am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the Variance Request Application of Lorenzo Mendoza to exempt the proposed Mendoza Major Subdivision from the requirement to provide written letters of “no adverse recommendation” regarding water and sewer from the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality. The proposed subdivision is comprised of two lots: one 2.55-acre lot and one 1.58-acre lot, each for residential use. The proposed subdivision is within an approximately 4.13-acre parcel described as the SW corner of Tract 10, Lot 84, West of Sullivan MS-14, Resurvey of T55N R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY, approximately 1.5 miles northwest of Powell, north of Barrows Road, west of Road 11. The un-addressed property is in the Powell Planning Area, in the General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
