YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 23rd day of April, 2024, Stephanie Higbie a.k.a. Stephanie Lee filed on behalf of her minor child Nika Maeleianna Lee a Verified Petition for Change of Name in the office of the Clerk of the District Court for Park County, Wyoming, Civil Action No. 30905, the Petitioner requesting that her minor child’s name by changed to Nika Maelianna Higbie.
Notice is further given that any objections to the petition must be filed on or before the 17th of June, 2024. If no objections to the petition are filed then the Court may grant judgment by default in this matter.
