YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 4th day of January, 2024, Eric Spomer filed a Notice of Registration of Child Custody Determinations in the office of the Clerk of the District Court for Park County, Wyoming, Domestic Relations No. DR-97, the Plaintiff is requesting to transfer jurisdiction from North Dakota to Wyoming as it relates to the minor children P.L.S. (Born 2015) and P.D.S. (Born 2016).
Notice is further given that you are required to file an answer to the Petition to Register Child Custody Determination Pursuant to W.S. § 20-5-405 on or before the 13th day of May, 2024, by filing said answer with the Court. If you fail to file an answer or otherwise plead within the time required, judgment by default may be rendered against you.
