At their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for Bar E SUP-262 (Applicant: Emilie Hoffert). The applicant is proposing a highway commercial business use to operate the short-term rental of one (1) existing residence and two (2) newly constructed housing units. The use is proposed within a 22.26-acre parcel located approximately 2.2 miles southwest of the intersection of the Belfry Highway and County Road 1AB in Chief Joseph Estates. The parcel is within the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 35, also known as Tract 17 of Chief Joseph Estates, T57N, R102W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming with an address of 19 Moccasin Trail, Clark, Wyoming, in the Clark Planning Area, in the General Rural 20-acre (GR-20) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Grizzly Room located in the Park County Library, 1500 Heart Mountain Street, Cody, WY.
