NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Powell Planning and Zoning Commission in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at Powell, Wyoming, on Monday, November 28, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. and that a public hearing will be held by the governing body of the City of Powell in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building in Powell, Wyoming, on Monday, December 5, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., the purpose of which is to consider the re-zoning of the following described property from its current zoning designation as B-G, General Business District, per Chapter 17.36 of the Powell Municipal Code, to R-G, General Residential District, pursuant to Chapter 17.24 of the Powell Municipal Code.
The legal description of the subject real property having a street address of 255 North Day and 227 North Day is as follows:
Lot 11 and Lot 12 and the N. 100’ of Lot 9 and Lot 10, Block 42, Original Town of Powell.
