NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT
Shoshone Municipal Water Joint Powers Board
SHOSHONE MUNICIPAL PIPELINE
GENERATOR REPLACEMENT (Emergency Power)
Pursuant to Wyoming Stature §16-6-116 and in conformance with the Contract Documents, notice is hereby given that the Shoshone Municipal Water Joint Powers Board has accepted the work on the Shoshone Municipal Water Joint Powers Board Shoshone Municipal Pipeline Generator Replacement (Emergency Power) Project. The project was completed in conformance with the Project Contract Documents for the contract dated May 10, 2021. The Contractor, Rawhide Mechanical, Inc. of Cody, WY is entitled to settlement therefor.
At this time all material suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and affected parties are required to submit any and all claims against said Contractor for any and all claims that may be due as a result of construction of the Shoshone Municipal Water Joint Powers Board Shoshone Municipal Pipeline Generator Replacement (Emergency Power) Project. Itemized, detailed claims must be submitted to:

The Shoshone Municipal Water Joint Powers Board will accept claims received until 12:00 pm MDT, Tuesday, December 13, 2022, this date being after the 40th day following the first publication of this notice. Any claim submitted after that time shall be rejected and forever barred.
