NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MILLBORN SEEDS SPECIAL USE PERMIT
(SUP-257)
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 11:05am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for Millborn Seeds (SUP-257) (Applicant: Millborn Seeds, Inc., on behalf of the landowner Jack Creek Land Company, LLC). The applicant proposes a value-added agricultural business use consisting of a 9,600-square-foot seed cleaning and packaging facility and a separate 1,500 square-foot office building. The proposed use will be located approximately 2,000 feet east of the intersection of County Road 21 and County Lane 10, on the north side of County Lane 10, within the southeast corner of Lot 7, Section 14, T55N, R101W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming. The property is unaddressed in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district in the Cody/Powell Rural Planning Area.
