NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MENDOZA SUBDIVISION SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for Mendoza Subdivision (Applicant: Lorenzo Mendoza on behalf of landowner Sullivan Land, LLC). The proposed subdivision is comprised of two lots: one 2.55-acre lot and one 1.58-acre lot, each for residential use. The proposed subdivision is within an approximately 4.13-acre parcel described as the SW corner of Tract 10, Lot 84, West of Sullivan MS-14, Resurvey of T55N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY, approximately 1.5 miles northwest of Powell, north of Barrows Road, west of Road 11. The unaddressed property is in the Powell Planning Area, in the General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Grizzly Room located in the Park County Library, 1500 Heart Mountain Street, Cody, WY.
