Notice is hereby given that the Greybull Valley Irrigation District (Buyer) will receive sealed bids until 04/07/2020, 10a.m. local time, at the Greybull Valley Irrigation District Office, 989 US Hwy. 20, Emblem, WY, for Procurement of Materials for the Upper Sunshine Diversion Riprap Rehabilitation. The project consists of approximately 1500 CY of 36-in type II riprap rock. All bids publicly opened and read aloud - date and time stated above. Bids may be delivered to the address above or mailed to Greybull Valley Irrigation District, P.O. Box 44, Emblem, WY, 82422. Greybull Valley Irrigation District will take no responsibility for delivery of bids through mail. PROJECTS OUT TO BID. Submitting Contractors will be required to register with the website to download the bidding documents for $25 by inputting Quest project # 6876154 on the website’s Project search page. Optional paper copies of bidding documents are available at: Engineering Associates, 902 13th Street, P.O. Box 1900, Cody, WY 82414 for a $25.00 non-refundable fee. The Greybull Valley Irrigation District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the Owner. No bid may be considered unless accompanied by the required bid guarantee of 5% the total bid amount which amount shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owner.
