In their Tuesday match at the Powell Golf Club, the Good Old Boys played a Stableford format, counting only three net scores among the four players per team.
In first place, with a score of 69 points, were John Chase, Gerry Johns, Buddy Rae and Cas Seago.
Second place, at 64, went to Jim Tobin, Rhett Wolff, Bob Parsons and Jerry Linsdau. In third at 63 were Judge Gambill, Clark Jeffs, James Caffro and Lloyd Snyder. Taking fourth place were Mike Hernandez, Jerry Scheafer, Marc Saylor and Ray Nelson with a 60.
Stephen Burloft, Larry Hedderman, Kevin Lineback and Dave Frost took fifth place with a 56, followed by Bob Mason, Tom Bibbey, Dennis McCollum and Thom Seliga at 50.
Two deuces were carded on the day: One on hole No. 8 by Chase and another on No. 17 by Caffro. The low net score was a 67 by Wolff and Frost posted a low gross of 82.
