The American Red Cross is actively seeking Event Based Volunteers in Carbon, Park, and Stillwater counties to help with ongoing disaster recovery. Opportunities specific to individuals who live in/near impacted counties are Distribution of Emergency Supplies and Damage Assessment with additional positions added in the days ahead.
We are also seeking volunteers for longer-term assignments to help with a variety of other positions including Disaster Action Teams that help people who are forced from their homes due to fires, storms, and other disasters. Disaster preparedness trainers, and disaster duty officers are responsible for dispatching Red Cross volunteers, just to name a few.

As part of the application process a pre-assignment health questionnaire is required to be completed which includes COVID-19 screening questions. Masks may be required to be worn.
