Paul Rene Goffaux, of Powell, Wyoming, died June 20, 2023 at Billings Clinic in Billings, Montana.
Paul was born Oct. 16, 1962, in Ogden, Weber, Utah, to Edward Rene Goffaux and Lyn Ritterbrown. He was a 1982 graduate of Pinedale High School and was married May 30, 1995, in Provo, Utah, to Sherry Jeffery Corson.
He lived in Pinedale, Cody and Powell, Wyoming, as well as in Utah, California and Idaho. Paul served in the U.S. Marine Corps and worked as a Burger King manager, at Murdochs and the Big Horn Co-Op. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed auto detailing in his spare time.
Paul was preceded in death by mother Lyn Goffaux, father Ed Goffaux and son Sterling Paul Goffaux. He is survived by his stepmother Linda Goffaux of Harriman, Utah; wife Sherry Goffaux of Powell; son Edward Kennord Goffaux of Powell; daughter Marina Fawn Goffaux of Powell; sisters Celeste and Ron Rosquist; Julie Kirschman; Francis and Brett Burgeson.
Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, at Crown Hill Cemetery. Viewing is 9 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Edward Goffaux, Shane Shoopman, Scott Lewis, Henry Corson, Corey Donohue and Andy Jacobson. Honorary pallbearers are Alan Corson, Peter Kirschman, Simon Kirschman and Shaun Tilby.
