The Heartland community is home to a number of Powell residents and loved ones of Powell and Big Horn Basin families. Heartland Assisted Living community is comprised of 24 apartments and a team that is dedicated to promoting and maintaining independence while providing personalized services to residents, whether a person moves in for a short term stay or long term life style change. In addition to clinical support services provided by Heartland CNAs under the guidance of The Heartland RN, amenities such as daily life-enrichment activities, cook-to-order breakfast, salad bar, a personal care center for pampering, common areas throughout the building, and expanded outdoor living areas are included in our base price.
