Early registration for the 2024 Heart Mountain Pilgrimage and the grand opening of the Mineta-Simpson Institute at Heart Mountain is now open on the Foundation’s website at heartmountain.org.
The Pilgrimage opens on Thursday, July 25 and runs through Saturday, July 27 at various locations in Cody and at the site of the Heart Mountain Interpretive Center.
Early registrants receive a $50 discount on the Pilgrimage fee. Regular registration opens on April 1.
The 2024 Heart Mountain Pilgrimage will feature a celebration of the massive milestone that the Heart Mountain Wyoming Foundation and generous supporters have made possible: the grand opening of the Mineta-Simpson Institute at Heart Mountain.
The Mineta-Simpson Institute was conceptualized and created in the spirit of the late Norman Mineta and Alan Simpson, who met behind the barbed wire at Heart Mountain in 1943. The theme this year is also inspired by these two great men: Courage, Cooperation and Empathy.
Attendees will be able to experience Heart Mountain, connect and reconnect with friends old and new, and be a part of the start of a new chapter at Heart Mountain with the grand opening of the Mineta-Simpson Institute.
