REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
WASTEWATER TREATMENT IMMEDIATE NEEDS PROJECT
TOWN OF BYRON, WY
SUMMARY
The Town of Byron (Town) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) packages from qualified and experienced individuals, firms, and/or teams to complete all work associated with the survey, design, bidding, and construction administration of the Wastewater Treatment Immediate Needs Project (Project). The Project encompasses upgrades to the existing wastewater treatment operations and facilities as well as replacement of portions of the sewage collection system as funding allows.
SOQ PACKAGES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE TOWN NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME (MOUNTAIN TIME ZONE) ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2023.
The Town of Byron reserves the right to accept or reject any or all statements of qualifications; to waive any irregularities, informalities, or defects in any documents which shall be deemed in the best interests of the Town; and to negotiate a scope of work and fee proposal with any selected proponent.
STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) PACKAGE SUBMISSION
Only complete responses will be considered. A sealed envelope marked “Town of Byron – Wastewater Treatment Immediate Needs Project SOQ” shall be submitted and shall include four (4) printed and bound copies of the SOQ package and one (1) USB thumb drive with a complete PDF copy of the SOQ package. All technical questions must be submitted in writing (email preferred) prior to close of business on Friday, October 27, 2023,1:00P.M. with reasonable efforts made to provide written responses within three (3) business days and to be posted on the Town’s website. All technical questions and answers and/or Addendums will be posted on the Town’s website no later than the close of business on Wednesday, November 1st, 2023.
