NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING:
PARK COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS 
INVITE RALSTON TOWNSITE AND
NEAR-HIGHWAY PROPERTY OWNERS 
TO DISCUSS THE FUTURE OF
DEVELOPMENT IN THE RALSTON COMMUNITY
The Park County Board of Commissioners (“Board”) will conduct a special meeting on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 6:00pm, to discuss future development considerations for the Ralston community. Properties in the Ralston townsite and along the highway corridor near the townsite are subject to unique land use challenges and the Board would like to hear from landowners prior to exploring changes to existing land use regulations (e.g., subdivisions, building/zoning permits, zoning districts). Small parcel sizes, limited central water resources and the need for onsite septic systems severely limit future development options in the community. The special meeting will be held in Heart Mountain Hall, at the Park County Fairgrounds, 655 E. 5th St., Powell, WY.
