SEALED PROPOSALS, FOUR (4) COPIES, WILL BE RECEIVED by the CITY OF POWELL ADMINISTRATOR, Powell City Hall, 270 N. Clark St, Powell, WY 82435 until 4:00 p.m., October 10, 2023, for engineering, design, construction management of a splash pad located in Homesteader Park within the City of Powell, Wyoming. Mailed or hand delivered bids shall have the words “Homesteader Splash Pad” written on the outside of the envelope. Proposals received after the time and date above will be rejected.
Copies of the detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) including a description of the services to be provided by the respondents, the minimum content, and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses can be obtained by contacting Zack Thorington, City Administrator, 270 N. The Splash Pad Project will include tree removal, landscaping, water and sewer connections, water features, concrete pads, sidewalks, and fencing.
