Sealed hardcopy & electronic bids will be received by North Big Horn Hospital District (NBHH), 1115 Ln 12, Lovell, WY 82431 or with econnell@nbhh.com and cwerner@nbhh.com on or before Tuesday September 12, 2023, at 4 p.m. for the selective demolition and restoration of the exterior 2nd floor patios at New Horizons Care Center, 1115 Ln 12, Lovell, WY 82431. Bids will be privately read at this time and the award announced by Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Noon.
A prebid conference and site walk will be held on Tuesday, August 29th at 10am. Bidders to meet at the open area in front of the New Horizons Care Center. Attendance is mandatory.
Work to be done includes selective demolition of 2 exterior elevated patios and adjacent walls and rebuilding the affected areas per architectural and structural plans to prevent water infiltration.
Bid documents, specifications, addenda and plans can be downloaded in electronic form by bidders at the Billings Builder’s Exchange www.billingsplanroom.com and other regional plan exchange organizations affiliated with Billings Builder’s Exchange. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, or bid bond by a recognized surety, in the amount of 5% of the total of the bid price. At the sole discretion of NBHH, NBHH reserves the right to allow a bidder to reclaim submitted documents provided the documents requested are retrieved no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled bid opening.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in the amount of 100% of the bid price and satisfactory insurance coverage.
After the time of opening, no Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. NBHH reserves the right to accept any Bid, to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Bid, and to make the award in any manner NBHH believes to be in its best interest.
