Notice to creditors

STATUTORY NOTICE TO CREDITORS
PURSUANT TO W.S. § 4-10-507
TO: Any creditor of Douglas U. Gail and/or assets of the Douglas U. Gail Living Trust dated March 24, 2023 (the “Trust”), you are hereby notified as follows:
1. The Trust was established by Douglas U. Gail, as Grantor. Douglas U. Gail was the initial Trustee of the Trust, which was revocable during his lifetime and non-incapacity. Douglas U. Gail passed away on May 3, 2023, while the Trust was still in effect. Upon the death of Douglas U. Gail, the Trust became irrevocable. The Trust was created in the State of Wyoming and Grantor was a Wyoming resident at the time of the Trust’s creation and at the time of his death. The Successor Trustee, identified below, is a Wyoming resident and the administration is occurring in the State of Wyoming. W.S. § 4-10-108.
2. The name and address of the Successor Trustee of the Douglas U. Gail Living Trust dated March 24, 2023 are: Tom Fitzsimmons, P.O. Box 2483, Cody, WY 82414.
3. All creditors of Douglas U. Gail and/or the Douglas U. Gail Living Trust dated March 24, 2023, shall make all claims, in writing, to the Successor Trustee at the above address within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of the first publication of this notice.
4. The time allowed for creditors to commence a proceeding to contest the validity of a trust or of the proposed distribution of the Successor Trustee is one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
5. This notice is given in accordance with the provisions of W.S. § 4-10-507.
6. A creditor failing to file a claim against the assets of Douglas U. Gail and/or the
Douglas U. Gail Living Trust dated March 24, 2023 within one hundred twenty (120) days or to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust or any amendment thereto within the time provided by law is forever prohibited from making any claim or commencing any judicial proceeding against the Grantor of the Trust.
