INVITATION TO BID
The Board of Trustees of Park County School District #1, Powell, Wyoming, is receiving bids for the purchase of a mid-sized sports utility vehicle for School Administrative Services. Vehicle requirements are:
Year 2018 or 2019, color white, dark interior, Bluetooth capabilities, power seats & windows, AWD, airbags, USB ports at least 2, collision avoidance system, and seating for at least 5. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked “PCSD#1 Vehicle Purchase” must be received by 1:00 P.M., Mountain Savings Time, at the Park County School District No. 1 Administrative Office, 160 North Evarts Street, Powell, Wyoming, on or before May 7, 2019. Any bids received after the bid deadline will be returned unopened. The district shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding.
