Park County School District #1 is seeking submittals regarding a Request for Quote (RFQ).
“PCSD1 1:1 Student Devices RFQ 2023” is due by Thursday, April 20th 2023 at 1pm Mountain time, as received by Mary Jo Lewis, Coordinator of Business Services.
Electronic submittal of all documents is allowed and preferred; please email to MJLewis@pcsd1.org and in the subject line put “PCSD1 1:1 Student Devices RFQ 2023”.
No vendor or model substitution for product(s) allowed. District will handle purchase and/or extensions of device leases. In detail, the District seeks to entertain RFQs for the purchasing:

• Purchase of Chromebook devices for 1,160 (Eleven Hundred & Sixty) Quantity total:
• Penalties – If vendor fails to provide customer with manifest list of device Serial Numbers, prior to device delivery, Vendor will be penalized 10% to cover cost related to customer’s manual Serial Number collections.
• GOOGLE CHROME EDUCATION LICENSES (& zero touch enrollment)
• Purchase Licenses & Zero Touch Enrollment for 1,160 (Eleven Hundred & Sixty) Quantity total.
