Brown Thomas Meadow LLC Floodplain
Development Permit 1-20
On Tuesday, January 21, 2019 at 11:45 a.m. the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the application for a Floodplain Development Permit for applicant, Brown Thomas Meadows LLC., to construction an approximately 280 sq. ft. generator shed with attached utilities within the floodplain.
The project is proposed along the South Fork of the Shoshone River at 289 Road YXD (Hunter Creek Road), Cody, WY, in the SE/4NW/4 of Section 35, T 49 N, R 106 W, 6th P.M., Park County, WY within the southwest portion of an 875-acre parcel.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
