Dear Editor: The year of 2020 draws to its end and wishes of a less tumultuous year are issued. I am afraid we are not ready yet to lay down the pen, however. I am deeply troubled with the integrity of our presidential election and kindly urge all voters in Wyoming to express their concerns to our Congressional delegation.
Jan. 6, Vice President Mike Pence is tasked with opening the electoral votes from the 2020 election with the House and Senate present. A challenge from each body is expected.
Sen. John Barrasso, Sen. Cynthia Lummis and Rep. Liz Cheney must not be allowed to shrink from their duty to represent their Wyoming constituents and must vote to support the challenge. Send a brief and to the point message of expectations to challenge the electoral votes and create a delay. The whistleblowers deserve to be heard. Voter fraud needs to be exposed.
Mail a letter by Jan. 1 to their Cheyenne office, email through their website or call. Let us send the message from 200,000 engaged Wyoming voters that without election integrity, we have no republic.
