Notice is hereby given that John T. & Shelley R. Williams intends to apply for a permit from the Park County Board of Commissioners for the Williams Simple Subdivision. The property is located southwest of the City of Powell, at the intersection of Road 11 and Hills Lane. The land sits to the east of Road 11. The subdivision will have an approximate area of 29.69 acres, consisting of 2 lots. Lot 1 will be 20.0 acres and Lot 2 will be 9.69 acres. Proposed usage of the lots is for single family residential use.
