NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
DISCUSSION ON THE ADOPTION DRAFT
OF THE PARK COUNTY, WYOMING,
2027 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
AND REGULATIONS
The Board of County Commissioners (“Board”) will hold a special meeting at 9:30am on September 29th, 2026, to discuss the adoption draft of the Park County, Wyoming, 2027 Development Standards and Regulations (2027 DSR). The Board will receive and consider the resolution and recommendation(s) of the Park County Planning and Zoning Commission (“P&Z Commission”) regarding adoption of the 2027 DSR, as well as considering input from County staff, the County Attorney, and the project consultant. The Board may review the public input received by the P&Z Commission on the adoption draft that was open to public inspection between August 13th and September 16th, 2026. It is the Board’s intent to identify when (and in what form) the draft 2027 DSR shall be released for a 45-day (or more) public review period prior to holding a public hearing to consider adoption of the 2027 DSR. The special meeting will be held in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. The meeting will be open to the public; however, the Commission will not be receiving public comment.
