General Notice
Lakeview Irrigation District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Mower Creek Regulation and Fish Screening, AND
Rock Creek Siphon Replacement
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received via email at LID2024@wwcengineering.com , until Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 at 5:00 pm local time.
The Project includes the following Work:
Mower Creek Regulation and Fish Screening: Demolition of existing regulation structure. Construction of a new regulation structure including fish screens. Project includes cast in place concrete, overshot weir gate, slide gates, two bridge crossings, corrugated water screens, associated metal work, and electrical work.
Rock Creek Siphon Replacement: Replacement of existing irrigation inverted siphon. Demolition of existing steel pipe and concrete transition structures. Construction of new inverted siphon with cast-in-place concrete inlet and outlet transition structures, reinforced concrete pipe and associated metal work.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be obtained via email from:

Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated contact as a plan holder. Plan holders will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only via email to registered prospective bidders. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated contact.
Pre-bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday April 17th at 10:00 am MST at the Wyoming Game and Fish Department Cody Regional Office, 2 Tilden Trail, Cody, WY, 82414. An onsite tour will commence after the pre-bid conference. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
