Unofficial Tuesday voting produced a narrow win for challenger Steve Richardson seeking to become mayor of Frannie.
Richardson, a sitting town councilman, received 26 votes to top present Frannie Mayor R. Vance Peregoy, who received 22 votes. In the Park County portion of Frannie polling, Richardson had three votes and Peregoy two.
