The squad had 26 turnovers to the Bison's 20.“Buffalo is quick and athletic, and it was hard to find a rhythm for us offensively,” Coach Danforth said. “This is our third week, so we still are trying to improve things and find a rhythm.”Despite that, the Lady Panthers shot at an outstanding 57-percent clip.Junior Hannah Pollart led the way with 16 points on six-of-eight shooting from the floor. She also nabbed eight boards, tying for best on the squad with fellow junior Savannah Donarski. Donarski chipped in with nine points.“Both Savannah (Donarski) and Hannah (Pollart) did a nice job of attacking the post, both offensively and defensively,” Coach Danforth said. Also scoring for the Lady Panthers were seniors Darcee Lynn (8), McKenzie Danforth (5), and Kelsey Allen (2), and sophomore Leslie Thronburg (2).Allen dished out a team-best five assists, and Lynn swiped three of the team's 15 steals.“When we get back, we will work hard and prepare for conference foes Lyman and Kemmerer — who are both playing well,” Coach Danforth said. They'll host the Kemmerer Lady Rangers Jan. 9 at 5:45 p.m. On Saturday, Jan. 10, the PHS squad will continue the action at home, going up against the Lyman Lady Eagles at 12:30 p.m.
