Powell High School Alumni Association’s annual summer gathering is scheduled for the weekend of July 8-9.
This will mark the 107th consecutive year of the annual PHS all-class reunion.
The Panther Invitational golf tournament kicks off the weekend events on Friday, July 8, with tee time at 10 a.m. Individual classes will hold respective class reunions on Friday evening.
The Saturday, July 9, program begins with a breakfast at 8 a.m. at the American Legion Hall. The breakfast is followed by an afternoon of BYOE (bring your own everything) visiting event in Washington Park.
Conclusion of the festivities is Saturday afternoon and into the evening at the fairgrounds — cornhole tournament, followed by entertainment, refreshments and mingling.
