AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.36.060 OF THE POWELL CITY CODE PERTAINING TO AND REDUCING THE CLEAR AREA VISION TRIANGLE FROM 55’ TO 25’ FOR THE LOCATION OF STRUCTURES The foregoing ordinance adopted and approved the 17th day of July, 2023 is determined and deemed to be in the public interest to amends sections 17.36.060.
