2024 ANNUAL MEMBER MEETING
OFFICIAL NOTICE
The 86th Annual Meeting of the Members of Beartooth Electric Cooperative, Inc., will be called to order on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at the Roosevelt Center, 519 Broadway Ave S, located in the Town of Red Lodge, County of Carbon, and the State of Montana. Remote meeting access is also available via ZOOM https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84201200879; call-in audio only at 253-215-8782, Meeting ID 842 0120 0879; and Facebook LIVE at https://www.facebook.com/beartoothelectric. Registration & Breakfast begins at 9:00 AM. The business meeting will commence at 10:00 AM.
THE FOLLOWING EVENTS AND ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN:
A.Report on the number of Members present in order to determine the existence of a quorum;
B.Reading of the notice of the meeting and proof of the due publication or mailing thereof, or the waiver or waivers of notice of the meeting, as the case may be;
C.Reading of unapproved minutes of previous meetings of the Members and the taking of necessary action thereon;
D.Election of Board Trustees and voting on Proposed Bylaw Amendments;
E.Presentation and consideration of reports of Officers, Trustees, and Committees;
F.Unfinished business;
G.New business;
H.Adjournment.
