(April 28, 1929 - June 8, 2010)Hilliard Jackson “Jack” Hargis, 81, formerly of Bozeman, died June 8, 2010, at his home in Powell.
He died the way he lived — with courage, strength, humor and undying love for his family.
Jack was preceded in death by his son, John Michael, and his wife, Marie McGinn Hargis.
\He is survived by his children, Jan Barker, Frank Hargis, Katie Pressgrove and Laura Hargis; his sister, Judy Rogers; and his grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Friday, June 11, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Powell. The family would appreciate donations to Powell Valley Hospice, 777 Avenue H, Powell.
