Monday, July 12, 2021

Chairman Livingston at 6:00 PM called to order a special meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Park County, Wyoming, on Monday, July 12, 2021. Present were Vice Chairman, Dossie Overfield and Commissioner Joe Tilden. Also present was Clerk Colleen Renner, First Deputy Clerk Hans Odde and Accounting Clerk Steve Pomajzl. Commissioners Scott Mangold and Lloyd Thiel were absent.
Public Hearing for Fiscal Year 2021-22 County Budget
Chairman Livingston opened a public hearing to take comments on the FY21/22 Park county Budget.
Clerk Renner shared the highlights of the budget message for the proposed county budget, a full transcript of the message and budget are available on the Park County website at https://parkcounty-wy.gov/
Commissioner Tilden complemented the Clerk and her staff for facilitating a smooth budget season. Chairman Livingston and Vice Chairman Overfield also thanked the Clerk’s office for their hard work and dedication.
Park County citizen, Loren Groskopf complemented the Commissioners for increasing the wages for the rank and file employees of the county stating that the county has lagged for some time now.
No further comments were presented.
Commissioner Tilden made a motion to close the public hearing. Vice Chairman Overfield seconded and the motion carried.
Adjourn
With no further business to come before the Board Vice Chairman Overfield made a motion to adjourn at 6:06 PM and Commissioner Tilden seconded. Motion carried.
