Buffalo real estate firm launches Cody office

Veteran real estate broker John Parsons has launched a Cody office that he will lead for 307 Premier Properties, a real estate firm based in Buffalo. The company was started by some of Parson’s colleagues from his previous venture.

“After nearly two decades building an unmatched local real estate brand, I have decided to move on this year, working with old friends who I respect and admire,” said Parsons, who specializes in high-end ranch and large-acreage recreational properties around Park County.

“I’m looking forward to focusing on the local community while continuing and enhancing my lifetime connection with clients,” he said.

Mark Wilson, broker and co-founder of 307 Premier Properties, said Parsons brings a wealth of experience and a reputation for integrity to the firm.

“John has a strong sense of core values like transparency, discretion, loyalty, fairness, reciprocity and trust,” Wilson said. “There is no one else I would rather be working with in Cody, and we’re thrilled and fortunate to have him as a leader on our team.”

Longtime Cody resident Bob Richard praised Parsons for having “the highest professional and ethical standards, and a proven track record of matching properties, buyers and sellers.”

“John is the kind of guy who can get the plumber to show up over Labor Day, or show you a secret fishing spot where you will almost never see another person,” said Richard, a Yellowstone tour guide and former park ranger who has relied on Parsons for real estate transactions. “I can’t imagine doing a real estate deal with anyone else.”
