Survivors include five brothers, Paul Wagner of Billings, Mont., Ted Wagner of California, Chris (Snooky) Wagner of Eugene, Ore., Phil Wagner of Lovell and Jack Wagner of Billings; four sisters, Gloria Bell of Powell, Lora Mae Howe of Billings, Sally Wagner of Frannie and Rachel Radden of Rock Springs. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Susie Hoagan.Funeral services and burial are scheduled in Pleasant Grove, Utah, on Saturday.
