As the county’s multi-million dollar HVAC project progresses, some departments that were displaced have been able to return to the Park County Courthouse.
The clerk, treasurer, elections and assessor’s departments are now back and operating in their regular offices in the Courthouse Addition.
While staff from the clerk and treasurer had held daily hours in Powell, the schedule now reverts back to the third Monday and Tuesday of the month at the Park County Annex.
The assessor’s office also reminds all veterans to call the office at 307-527-8650 by May 27 to see if they qualify for the veterans exemption.
