In honor of the late former Rep. Charles Hessenthaler of Lovell, Wyoming flags will be flown half-staff in Park and Big Horn counties and at the State Capitol on Wednesday.
Hessenthaler represented House District 26 from 1997 to 2002. The Powell native died on June 11 at the age of 75.
State flags should be flown at half-staff in the two counties he served and at the Capitol from sunrise to sunset, Gov. Mark Gordon said in a Monday order. Other flags should remain at full-staff.
