Dwayne Richard Just passed away Dec. 13, 2023 in Powell, Wyoming. He was born Dec. 28, 1941 to Richard Clayton Just and Bernice Just in Madelia, Minnesota.

He attended one year of college and beautician school, and worked as an iron worker, living in Mankato, Minnesota until 1978. He was married there on Nov. 23, 1968 to Sharon Walters. They moved to Bozeman, Montana in 1978 and lived there until 2013, when they moved to Powell.

Dwayne was a Lutheran and a member of a number of organizations, including the Elks Club, and being a lifetime member of the Trap Shooting Club (from Oct. 3, 1968) and the National Rifle Association. He was 107th in World Trap Shooting and an avid hunter.

He was preceded in death by his father Richard Just, mother Bernice (Dahl) Just, brother Dennis Just and son-in-law Bill Dreyer.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years Sharon Just, son Daniel Just of Powell and grandchildren Konrad and Cannon Just; daughter Barb Dreyer of Bozeman and grandchildren Ryan and Alexa Dreyer; sister Carole (Glenn) Pestka; sister-in-law CJ (Don) Nelson; and brother-in-law Gary (Colleen) Walters.

Dwayne was cremated Dec. 14, 2023.
