She was preceded in death by her parents, George H. and Carrie Young, brother Paul Young, Sister Maxine Ferron, and husband Howard E. Slater.
Viewing for Norma will be Wednesday, Oct. 3 from 6-7:30 p.m.
Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 4 at 2 p.m.
All services will take place at Thompson Funeral Home in Powell.
