Multiple guns stolen from Cody business

Police say guns were stolen from a Cody store during a break-in early this (Tuesday) morning.

According to a press release from Cody Police Detective Jason Stafford, an alarm was tripped at Cody Sports and Pawn around 1:21 a.m.

Cody police officers found a glass display case had been shattered inside the 1131 12th Street location. When the store's owners arrived, they confirmed "multiple" firearms had been stolen from the case, Stafford wrote.

Anyone with information or leads that could identify and apprehend the individual or individuals involved in the aggravated burglary is asked to contact Stafford at 307-527-8729.
