Dear Northwest College and the entire Powell community:

My wife and I would like to thank you all for taking care of our son. These past two years our son Preston has attended Northwest College and loved living in Powell. You all have been such wonderful hosts to him. He has absolutely loved his two years in this amazing community.

We can’t say enough great things about this fantastic community. You all have shown up to his men’s basketball games, supporting him and his Trapper teammates. We feel so blessed to have had him play for Coach Andy Ward. President Lisa Watson’s leadership of Northwest College is fantastic. She truly cares about her students. Chris Dugger, the head of Residential Life and his amazing family have welcomed our son Preston like he was one of their own. He does that with so many of the students. Athletic Director Brian Erickson, truly cares about his Trapper athletes. He has been such a wonderful mentor for Preston.

Powell, Wyoming, is the absolute best college town. You all are amazing caring people. Students are lucky to attend Northwest College and live in Powell, Wyoming. You all have been so nice to us and our family. You always made sure we had a good experience when we visited Powell. Smiles, politeness and going out of your way to make sure we had been treated right. SO THANK YOU ALL!!! We will always be grateful for all of our experiences in Powell and for the way our son Preston was treated and taken care of.

Powell is the best community and Northwest College is second to none! Go Trappers.
