A winter tea party launch and ribbon cutting for Powell’s new StoryWalk will be 1-3 p.m. at Homesteader Park. The walk will feature 18 signposts that will display pages from “Daddy Lion’s Tea Party” by Mark Sperring. There will be tea, hot cocoa and snacks.
