The Powell American Legion Auxiliary and volunteers will remove 700 veteran wreaths from graves at Crown Hill Cemetery on Saturday, March 14 at 2 p.m. All who are willing and able to assist in this task are welcome and encouraged to do so, the organization announced recently.
Anyone who would like any of the balsam fir wreaths to feed goats, call 307-202-8377 prior to pickup day. Note: The wreaths are constructed on metal frames, and they have not been sprayed or treated.
