During her life, she lived in Wyoming, California, the Philippine Islands, Kuwait and Israel.She was involved in EPASC Club.Vesta is survived by her daughter, Anne (Ron) Caviglia of Ukiah, Calif.; stepdaughter, Myrtle Lowder of Jonesborough, Tenn.; brothers Hugh Rickard of Powell and Jim Rickard of Provo, Utah; two grandchildren, Josh Veno and Katie Veno; and a great-grandchild, Ruby Veno.She is preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Vera Scott; and husbands Albert Brown and Reuben Phelan.Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Powell. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.Honorary pall bearers are Ron Caviglia, Josh Veno, Katie Veno and Ron Rickard.The family requests that memorials be sent to Powell Valley Care Center.
