On Thursday, March 5 at 5 p.m., the University Women will be presenting a program for the public, featuring the library staff who will lead us in an informative program, at the large conference room in the Northwest College Yellowstone Building.
Karen Horner, the library director for the Park County Library System, will explain some of the countywide things that the library is doing, and the resources available. She will also discuss the ongoing process concerning the building of the new library, when they foresee the opening of the library is going to be, and an estimated time of the opening. Also, she will give attendees some insight into what is going to be different about the new library.
Breanne Thiel, from the Powell Library, will be there to talk about the monthly calendar and the programming events happening locally.
There will be slides accompanying the program as well as a time to ask questions of the speakers.
