A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 29 at the home of Lynn and Jane Neale in Powell for former Powell resident, Thomas Richard (Rick) Boblett, 58, who died May 14 in Tempe, Ariz.Survivors include his wife Rhonda (Neale) Boblett, daughter Candance and her husband, Johnathan Smock, all of Tempe; mother Redith Boblett and brother John Boblett of Portsmouth, Va.; in-laws Lynn and Jane Neale of Powell; and numerous extended family members.He will be remembered for his deep love for his wife and daughter; his infectious laugh; generosity and kindness of spirit; wonderful sense of humor; and his incredible inner strength and courage.All family and friends are invited to share in the June 29 celebration of Rick's life. Contributions in the name of Thomas Boblett may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 East Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
