The Wind River is at 83% (up from 81% last week), the Tongue is at 101% (up from 98%); the Sweetwater is at 68% (down from 70 %); The Upper North Platte is at 85%, down from 90% last week; the Laramie is at 99%, but down from 103% a week ago; the Little Snake is at 84% (down from 89%);  the Upper Green is at 75%, down from 79% last week; the Lower Green is at 81%, down from 86% a week ago; the Upper Bear is at 68% but down from 71% a week ago; and the South Platte is at 69% (up from 66%).
