(April 1, 1929 - July 27, 2005) Funeral services were held Monday, Aug. 1 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lovell for Sally Norma Wagner, 76, Frannie, who died Wednesday, July 27 of complications following surgery. She was born in Kane on April 1, 1929, to Chris and Dora Roth Wagner. Her education began in Lovell in the German school. After three years she transferred to the public school and on to schools in Cowley, Frannie and Deaver. She was the first of the Chris Wagner family to graduate.Her education continued at Billings Business College, Denver University and San Juan College in Farmington, N.M. After college, most of her jobs involved bookkeeping and accounting and business of one kind or another. She worked for the Billings Gazette, Muller Trucking, Deaver Irrigation District and the Town of Frannie. She retired at 63.She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Bobby and Paul and sister Susie.Survivors include sisters Gloria and Bob Bell, Lora Mae and Grant Howe and Rachel and Jim Radden; brothers Ted and Della Wagner, Chris and Givonna Wagner, Phillip and JoAnn Wagner, Jack and Shirley Wagner; and many nieces and nephews.For those who wish, memorial donations to St. John's Lutheran Church in Lovell would be appreciated by the family.
