Richard J. “Rich” Miller died peacefully in the presence of his family on July 10, 2017. He was 71.
A memorial service is planned for Monday, July 17, at 10:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Powell.
A full obituary will follow in Thursday’s paper.
