Powell Middle School recently announced this year’s presidential award winners. Eighth-grade students who achieved the President’s Education Award earned a 3.5 or higher GPA from sixth grade through the first semester of eighth grade. They also earned a score of 4 or “advanced” on reading or math on the seventh grade spring WY-TOPP test.
